About Jackie
Jackie (Jackielyn Pajo) Is a 27 year old female vocalist. She is born in Davao in the Philippines in a simple family with her parents, 2 younger sisters and a brother.
In her early years the money was small in the family, and with both her mama and papa working hard to supply the family, Jackie spend
her early years together with her beloved grandfather - a notorious guitar builder from Davao.
Music became a part of Jackie's life from the beginning - siting on her grandfathers knee she learned to play the guitar, which he also have
teached her mother and all her siblings.
Jackie's grandfather noticed the little girl had a special gift - she started to sing when she was only 2 years old, and everybody was amazed
by the little girl with the big voice!
So he encouraged to sing and also to join a singing contest - only 3 years old! Jackie participated, melted every body's hearts and won the contest!
During her childhood she joined and won several song contest - also local radio and TV stations broad casted those performances, and the little
girl with the big voice become famous in Davao City in the Philippines.
Winning those song contest was hard work for the little girl - because a winning usually gave her some price money which helped her family
financially, so the expectations was high and the the money she won was a great help for the little family.
When her parents managed to get a little house, Jackie moved back to her family - using her time in school but continued to sing,
both in the local church choir but also with different bands - usually those bands with her as a lead vocal became very popular and often played for big events in Davao City.
Also politicians used her band for their election campaigns or as entertainment for private arrangements. After she finished college Jackie attended to nurse school, planning to be a trained nurse as many of her friends, but she still had her band and her passion for the music, and after a few years she decided to skip nursing school and become a full time musician.
Going full time her band became one of the most famous bands in Davao City, and usually it was a 7 days a week job with a fully booked calender. Jackie´s manager asked Jackie if she would like to work abroad, and she signed up for a contract working in Thailand.
Jackie and her band worked in several 5 stars hotel including Sherathon and Marriott hotel in Hua Hin, and also in the famous "Love actually bar" -
but also the 5 star Amari Hotel in Pattaya. While Jackie worked in the Amari Hotel she met a guest (Brian) from Denmark.
They find out that they had a nice chemistry and both shared the passion for music, and 1.5 month later Jackie visited Brian in Denmark -
after 3 months they decided to get married and Jackie now live in Denmark and as always she is busy making music!
